How we work

The ground rules, before you have to ask.

We work on documents, not on travel and meetings. Below is everything worth knowing before the first call — including what we do not do.

Ground rules

Eight things we settle once and never revisit

A dedicated assistant, not a helpdesk

Your contract is run by one person. They know the agreement, the correspondence history and your priorities — you never have to explain from scratch. With you, it is always a person on the line.

You instruct in three sentences

You write briefly what you need — as you would to your own back office. We turn it into a contractual document: grounds, evidence, wording. The tone — from diplomatic to hard — we recommend, you choose. You get a file ready to send, not homework.

Remote, across Poland

We work on documents, not on travel. One opening meeting — on site or online — and after that everything happens without taking up your time on logistics.

You send documents as they are

Scans, phone photos, forwarded emails, a ring binder in the "just come and collect it" condition. Putting them in order is our job, not yours.

A dedicated mailbox per project

Every project we support gets its own address — just copy it into your correspondence and the register keeps itself, as you go.

A reply within 1 working day

We answer every message by the next working day at the latest. Letters take 3 working days as standard, 24 hours where urgent.

Confidentiality from the first conversation

A non-disclosure agreement as standard, on your template or ours. Your documents are seen only by the team working on your case.

Charged per project

The retainer covers one specific site and ends with it. One-off services are quoted before we start — you know the figure before you say yes.

Getting started

Four steps from a call to us taking over the paperwork

  1. A call (30 minutes, free)

You tell us what is happening on the contract. We tell you what can be done about it and what it costs.

  2. Document review

We receive the contract and the current correspondence. We come back with a short opening report: the state of the contract, the deadlines already running, the risks and the outstanding notices.

  3. Plan and calendar

We agree the scope (a retainer or a one-off service), build the contractual deadline calendar and the list of first actions.

  4. We take over the paperwork

From that day the documentation happens at our end. You get a weekly summary: what came in, what went out, what is coming up.

Boundaries

So that it is clear

  • We prepare — you decide. Nothing goes to the other side without your approval.
  • We do not provide legal advice; in litigation we work alongside a law firm — yours or one we recommend.
  • We do not promise outcomes in a dispute. We promise your case will be documented as well as it can be.
The fastest way to start

Send us the letter you have just received.

Within one working day we will tell you what to do with it, which deadlines are already running against you and what the help would cost. The initial review is free and commits you to nothing.
